Purpose
HTL Gmail Read Only is a private business integration used by Load Clear Transport LLC to retrieve authorized business email evidence for the Transport Lifecycle Platform (TLP) and its Records and Financial Ledger (RFL).
Google user data we access
The application requests read-only Gmail access. Depending on the authorized mailbox and configured business boundary, it may access email message metadata, message content, and attachments necessary to identify and preserve business records such as receipts, invoices, settlements, dispatch documents, delivery documents, and other operational evidence.
How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide the business records and operational evidence functions described on this site. It may be parsed, classified, reconciled, and stored as evidence in TLP/RFL so that business transactions and operational records can be reviewed without double-counting.
Storage and security
Authorized data may be stored in controlled TLP/RFL systems for business recordkeeping, audit, reconciliation, and operational continuity. Access is limited to authorized users and services. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect stored data and credentials.
Sharing and sale of data
Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers, and it is not used for advertising, retargeting, or credit eligibility decisions. Data is disclosed only when needed to operate the authorized business functionality, protect security, comply with law, or with the user's explicit consent.
Mailbox control
The integration uses read-only Gmail permissions. It does not send email, delete email, alter messages, or change mailbox content through the Google API.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Google Limited Use
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Business evidence may be retained as required for accounting, tax, audit, operational, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes. When data is no longer required, it may be deleted in accordance with applicable business record-retention requirements.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if the application's handling of Google user data materially changes. The current version will remain available at this URL.
