About this application
HTL Gmail Read Only is a private business records integration operated by Load Clear Transport LLC. It uses Google OAuth with read-only Gmail access to retrieve authorized business email evidence for the Transport Lifecycle Platform (TLP), including its Records and Financial Ledger (RFL).
The integration is used to identify and preserve business records such as receipts, invoices, settlements, dispatch records, delivery documents, and related operational evidence from explicitly authorized Gmail accounts.
Google data use
Google account data is used only to provide the business records functionality described above. The application does not send email, modify mailbox content, sell Google user data, or use Google Workspace data for advertising.
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
